Regarding the Czechia name, it was an official press release from the Czechs asking to be called that, so that is the hockey federation’s preference.

I was born in Czechoslovakia and when people ask me where I am from I say "Czech Republic"."Czechia" sounds like bastardizing of Czech language to me.If anything it should be "Cechy".But what do I know.....I don't live there since 1985
