#7 (dont know is he Leppänen or Seppänen) was the worst defenceman on Team Finland. Just watched the game and I noticed this guy in a situation where he was 'hovering' on the ice whitout even trying to take his man out of play. And there were several others situations where he seemed to be so lost that it was kind of nightmare watching him play.

If this guy is Leppänen I agree on everything Taze said.

I thought Leppänen was horrible as well. Especially on the PP he was a liability. Never got a shot through, and few times it was inches away that sweden would have gotten a breakaway or even 2-3 guys on breakaway.

As the game progressed, I was convinced that Finland really, really doesn't deserve to win this game, but in a way neither did Sweden. This rivalry never ceases to amaze me how much pain it manages to inflict.

No video this time? I'd like to see one with Laakso and other Finns celebrating the goal... Anyways, thanks for the pics, they're always appreciated.


PS. Those who claim that Tukonen tripped the goaltender should really watch that goal again a few times. Larsson was just diving for the puck. He did not fall down, and he definitely was not tripped.
