He really is.Celebrini is the best player for Canada
Maybe Misa, McKenna and DuPont will make this a real trend going forward.
It’s a good and bad thing at the same time
He really is.Celebrini is the best player for Canada
Are Minten and Cowen even playing? Both are completely invisible again today. Useless players who are only on the team to draw in delusional T*ronto fans who stupidly believe either of them are legitimate prospects worth watching.
Hockey Canada should be embarrassed.
He’s also only 19 and made it clear how much he wanted to rep Canada. Dude is definitely trying to do too much.Maybe Poitras is thinking that since he's made the NHL, he has to take it all on himself. It's frustrating to watch.

It’s odd because if you watch him at an NHL level, it’s quick plays and hockey IQ beyond his age.
The other night I was talking w a friend who has had BU season tickets for a hundred years. He said Celebrini is “the best college hockey player I’ve ever seen”. i reminded him of a bunch of guys….he was adamant that he’s never seen a guy like this.Celebrini is the best player for Canada
Celebrini with the insane pass
He really does look a lot like Bedard in how he wheels around in the neutral zone. Like, very same skating and stick handling style in my eyes.Celebrini never stops moving his feet. It’s wild.
Exactly - not the guy I was seeing in Bruins games. I do think it is internal pressure on himself trying to take on too much. Weirdly, reminds me a bit of Lysell last year though at the AHL level I've seen Lysell also try to one-man-show things.
Yeah, he simply lacks the physical tools to be dominant. But he does a ton of good out there and the puck just follows him.I really like Dumais, too.
He has a ton of skill, sometimes he seems to hold on to the puck too longPoitras isn't used to much of the International game on the IIHF ice...
Always an adjustment on how to press plays... more about angles and skating in many neutral zone situations for sure...
