Are Minten and Cowen even playing? Both are completely invisible again today. Useless players who are only on the team to draw in delusional T*ronto fans who stupidly believe either of them are legitimate prospects worth watching.

Hockey Canada should be embarrassed.

They've been okay. I'm not really thrilled with the line construction but they have been okay.

Canada better figure their penalty problem out or they are going to pay big in bigger games for sure...

And maybe this one yet...

Finland and I am merely paraphrasing for the other posters from Finland yesterday... not a very good team by Finnish standards... I haven't been able to review the Finn vs German thread yet today... but I am sure the Finn fans are pissed...

Canada still hasn't played a top flight team yet...

Penalties will be their demise for sure unless they figure it out...

frustrating that the guy who made the NHL and the guy who played a few games there are the most disappointing. Im sure theyll come around but early its not great

It’s odd because if you watch him at an NHL level, it’s quick plays and hockey IQ beyond his age.

Exactly - not the guy I was seeing in Bruins games. I do think it is internal pressure on himself trying to take on too much. Weirdly, reminds me a bit of Lysell last year though at the AHL level I've seen Lysell also try to one-man-show things.

Celebrini is the best player for Canada
The other night I was talking w a friend who has had BU season tickets for a hundred years. He said Celebrini is “the best college hockey player I’ve ever seen”. i reminded him of a bunch of guys….he was adamant that he’s never seen a guy like this.

Hopefully the defensive zone scare wakes them up. Gotta stop messing around and play the game plan that was laid out

Poitras isn't used to much of the International game on the IIHF ice...

Always an adjustment on how to press plays... more about angles and skating in many neutral zone situations for sure...
