I'm really happy.for Latvia and that they are here. US have a very nice path to the finals and I expect them to be playing for gold tbh.
 
It would be nice if the Latvians try to play some hockey... you know damn well the Germans would if they were here..
 
Honestly, I'd love to see us playing hockey and scoring a couple of goals even if we do concede 10.

It pains me to see how our leading players are put in a box by our head coach. This is really not the time or place for that. We're not going to win 2:1 here.

I agree with PanniniClaus, just let them play.

If we can keep it close for the first half of the game and if we can score, I'll be okay with that. This US team is extremely talented and a win here would be nothing short of a miracle.

Guessing it will be 7-2 States. Gauthier with a big game, Brindley does normal Brindley things, and Hutson has a great game. Hoping to see Smith look better throughout, he's mildly underwhelming at times.

The bronze medal game of the senior world championships? I don’t think Latvia has ever beaten USA at the U-20 level.
