As opposed to 90 minutes of grown men faking injuries and almost no scoring chances? Damn right it is
Are we watching the same game? The one i'm watching has neither of the teams dominating the other one.If the Finns win this game , the defence and goalie should get few more Karats in their medal . They must totally feel overwhelmed , but their bending but not breaking . Quite a performance...
Overwhelmed by what?If the Finns win this game , the defence and goalie should get few more Karats in their medal . They must totally feel overwhelmed , but their bending but not breaking . Quite a performance...
Not big enough of a lead
It isn't obvious at all to this point, the U.S haven't been killing them or anything like that.Regardless of who wins this one game, it’s pretty obvious who the better team is. USA been carrying the play the whole game. Good performance for Suomi goalie, but other than that, haven’t really been impressed by any other player on Suomi. Other then their captain. Like his toughness to come back
Only when top ten NHL teams play against eachother in playoffs. Otherwise big ice will more likely make a better game.North American hockey is more physical and honestly more entertaining.
Finland has been better but USA is hanging there.
Nah, we're a superpower.Finland is small, we all have to do our sacrifices.
Exactly.I see the opposite. The U.S. has been better, but Finland hung around and got the lead. Kudos to them.
This is a reasonable take, I don't think they have been way better but a little bit yeah, but as you say, Finns hung in there and got that big first goal.I see the opposite. The U.S. has been better, but Finland hung around and got the lead. Kudos to them.
As a neutral fan that's exactly what I am hoping for.
It’s pretty obvious in my opinion. I respect yours, but I believe you’re wrong. Finland can’t keep up with USA speed, resulting in all the penalties. They’re doubling them up in scoring chances and Suomi is having a tough time just getting it in the zone. I can’t be upset with our performance so far as an American, just need a bounce to go our way. Suomi is living on the edge with all the chances their giving up. Ferraro even agrees. Here’s to hoping we get some puck luck in this periodIt isn't obvious at all to this point, the U.S haven't been killing them or anything like that.
