We will play better as the games go on but it's a team that needs to figure out how it is going to play with what they have on hand.

I think the forwards have actually been fine as a whole and Rousseau looks great. The defense looks incredibly shaky though

He's been fine... looks a lot faster here than his time with the Leafs, I thought skating might be a concern with him, but looks fine.

Minten must be a great lockeroom guy otherwise he wouldn’t have been captain, but the three games I’ve seen so far he seems so bland of a player. He’s just kind of “there” and even with limited offensive skills doesn’t look to have the motor of someone like Cowan

He's a 4th liner at best. Putting the C on him was a mistake as it almost forces the coaching staff to play him minutes he doesn't deserve.

Too bad he wasn't American.
