Go to the 2:04 mark of this video (I think I have hit starting off at the 2:04 mark, though). Actually, this video is a great resume for McTavish for all to see.
Similar to Rossi.A couple scouting reports mentioned he's got good acceleration but a short stride which affects his top speed. Something like this will be sorted by a skating coach with the Ducks in no time.
I feel like 'not too bad' is a low bar - even if it's a down draft year when we're talking about 3rd overall. I hope McTavish turns out well obivously, I'm just really not sure at this stage - especially with someone like Eklund still on the board. It’s a down draft year. If you can get a good 2nd line center that plays with an edge, that’s not too bad.
I'd certainly feel better about an O'Reilly compared to a Schenn, so that's something.More kesler, or like heusy said a shooting Ryan O'Reilly
I will say that I prefer McTavish to Guenther.

I don't see it. The whole thing with Lindholm was that he was basically not on anyone's radar; whether people wanted him or had other preferences, MacTavish sure was on everyone's radar. This is such a Lindholm pick and reaction.
So true. And I was in the camp eating their draft day words. This is such a Lindholm pick and reaction.
