The way I see it we’re due for a home run. We’ve landed on tails in like 8 of the last 12 highest picks with a couple still up in the air. Keep it.

Yeah who is the next boring ass 30-40 point winger we can trade assets for? Are there even any left in the league that we don’t already have?
You know this team's kicking themselves over the loss of Tanev. Tanev and Seattle's 2nd rounder for the 14th overall, Pickering and Poulin. Mark it down.

*pushes glasses up nose*

Well AKSHULLY Fleur 40 points is REALLY QUITE GOOD for a top six guy who doesn't get top powerplay time and really it's more Malkin's fault than anything, Here let me show you some heatmaps...

“He had 30 points at ES and if you look at that league wide it’s ranked like 217th which makes it ok for Malkin or something”.

All that stuff is bullshit. I need to know what a guy's on pace production was during the hottest 15 game streak of the season.

His shooting percentage was just unsustainably low for two straight years! He's gonna come around!

And when he does... SOMEBODY is gonna be in line for a fat 5X6 deal with NMCs every season!

If this team had it's 2nd and 4th rounders still, I'd say they could try and poach Nick Deslauriers Tanner Jeannot from Tampa for their entire draft.

Remember when @Peat would make these great well researched posts about how great Simon was for our team only for us all to watch him and see that he sucks.

Miss you Peat, wish you’d post more.

Shit man I'd take Dom Simon back at league min or thereabouts over whatever the f*** Rust thought he was doing out there all season for 5M the next decade or whatever it is.

Just give it another 45 games with Sid and Jake. *Analytically* they kicked ass down the stretch, or something.

It's like they purposely went out and found a collection of the most drab, milquetoast non-impactful forwards in the sport and paid them all ~5M forever.

Well that’s cause they’re the same player, one just makes 5 million.

Dom Simon probably has a better shot.

under Sullivan, the players that make “little plays” in tight, PK and win face offs are exulted above all else, and definitely over actual skill…blessed are the cheesemakers, for they shall inherit the earth lol

I’m going to make fun of Petry all offseason to see how long it takes Pixies to get banned.

It’s a social experiment.

I've been told Mike Sullivan has zero impact on roster decisions.

Poor little lamb just has to deal with whatever the mean ol' GM shoves on his plate. Remember... HE wanted Chychrun!
