186 gallons of #2 heating oil- $1140.00.

At least I got the tank filled, I saw a report where the storage tanks in New Haven CT are down to 10% capacity.

Smart to do it now. I bought 246 gallons a few weeks ago (up in the 'Shire) and it was $1,404.80... I fear it will only last till mid winter and then it's going to be even more expensive.

We use 400 gallons a year....fill up now, fill up spring (heat and hot water)

My tank gauge was broken since the idiots installed it by the fill valve so it got destroyed...I got 100 gallons twice this year....decided to top it off...ended up with 36 gallons....bet fuel company was thrilled.

Have since installed a new gauge at the far end of the tank.....no more guessing

I'm on automatic delivery, every 4-6 weeks they fill the tank. Our building is both old & huge (120 years old, 3 stories, about 8500 square feet) and while we've done things like insulation, storm doors etc. the place leaks heat like a sieve. I had to put locks on the thermostats, some of the tenants would crank the heat up to 75 and then open the f***ing windows

That's f***ing irritating. I'd be livid.

2-5 inches forecasted here in Chicago area over the next 36hrs. The heavy shit, too. Should be coming your way in about 48hrs.....

Supposed to start around 4am, just in time for rush hour. Got the leaves piled on the curb, but doesn't look like they are getting picked up before the plows show up. That'll be fun to clean up....

A few notable people seem to be caught up in the FTX mess. SBF went to MIT, kind of embarrassing.
