Hawks in an outdoor game in March and in Chicago. hmmm, weather can be anywhere from -15 to 80 plus degrees out there.....surprised if this is remotely true to being considered in March.

I doubt 24/7 will follow Chicago/Pittsburgh. They'll follow Toronto/Detroit, and even then, now that it's not a 2-team, 1-time-per-year thing, I don't even know if HBO will be involved.

Penguins' Crosby, Neal skate for second day

There are plans in the works for the Penguins to meet the Chicago Blackhawks in an outdoor NHL game March 1 at Chicago's Soldier Field.

The Penguins are not commenting on the game, which still needs to be finalized.

Toronto vs Detroit at Michigan Stadium in the Winter Classic on Jan 1

Anaheim vs Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium on Jan 25

New Jersey vs New York Rangers at Yankee Stadium on Jan 26

New York Islanders vs New York Rangers at Yankee Stadium on Jan 29

Pittsburgh vs Chicago at Solider Field on March 1

Ottawa vs Vancouver at BC Place on March 2 (Heritage Classic)

I would like to see a game in SF. The Wrigley game....a baseball field is really not set up for a jockey rink. It was a neat novelty but SF will be awesome!

2. Ensures cap goes way up again in 2014/15...
3. Suckers pay big bucks to see jet-lagged and exhaustrd Olympians Toews,Kane,Crosby,Malkin and other possible guys from both teams jst ba.ck from Sochi...not going to be great hockey...enjoy the no doubt inflated concessions prices!
