Thanks @SUX2BU for the GDT - there's naught like a misshapen troll to raise the ire, boil the blood, set loose the ol' fight or flight, drive some sympathetic flow, dilate the nostrils, madden the bull, disconcert the choir, embolden the meek, set a fire under one's pants, start a tilt, intiate a dust-up, make one see red, allow for a call to arms, set the soul aflame, and to generally irritate, bedevil and awaken the desire to wrangle.
