I just want the Jets to play their game, the result is secondary.

More and more it looks like our first rd opponent will be a very tough out regardless of where we finish. So getting back to playing out best game matters more than finishing 1st. Though home ice would be nice to have as far as possible.

He's not that great defensively and is awful at driving offense. All he does is faceoffs well. That is a pretty poor reason to play him over better offensive and defensive players.

Heavy schedule plus the playoffs start next month ... he has to play everyone to keep them in game shape.
Playing weaker players against weaker teams is a good move but I don't expect Stanley in for Samberg tonight but you never know.
