I was being self deprecating. I am never going to hear the end of Norris for Hoglander/Soucy/2nd. It will be on my tombstone.

I don't mind the Prime games, but it is annoying because I DVR the games. The last Monday game I went to start watching it and it wasn't there. I figured that maybe we got kicked off the air finally for not being the Leafs.

Amazon is very obviously going to go in on the NHL deal when it expires. I wonder if they will try to get some of the regional contracts. Ours is up roughly the same time as the league-wide deal.

Me too. Prime provides far superior coverage of Senators games now than CBC, TSN or SportsNet ever did. They have post-game coverage! CBC, SportsNet and TSN try to cut away immediately after the game. Their coverage sucks!

In the states it’s streaming service all the time with espn+, kinda prefer it to the traditional route (price is right)

I find the Prime coverage just as uninteresting tbh and would rather skip it all regardless, but I'm eligible for a free trial again, so I'll take it this time and cancel after.

They replenish the free trial so fast, I think you could probably see all Sens Prime exclusive games for free either way.

I will say it's annoying having to load the app on a given device and login just for 1 or 2 games a year.

On a side note, did anybody else get a hilarious dystopian email from Brady Tkachuk.

They said I was going to get a phone call from Brady, and I was all excited to ask him about his NMC, or what his dad's plans are for the future of the Sens, but when I clicked on the link it was this creepy YouTube video of Brady speaking in a monotone voice out of stock art of a cell phone.

It almost got me but then when I realized Brady referring to the person as "season seat holder" could be just about anybody, I realized that it wasn't actually a personal video.

I did not know that. That is stupid. My whole family uses my Prime in their houses. That's why I'm shocked when people don't have Prime to watch a game, just ask a family member or buddy for a log in.
