Bunting more interested in stirring crap up... Which is ultimately his fatal flaw.

He is a good player, and can play chippy, but he doesn't know when not to cross the line and this organization can't afford to have that. We already get called tight on a lot of things.

I know what you're saying but if he signs for cheaper I'd be okay with it.

Problem is if bunts played the same way on Boston or Tampa he'd be fine. They can do whatever the f*** they want.

Well, we can't afford to have him on the ice when every game is so important. The refs obviously have an issue with him and it affects the entire team. You guys have seen the calls. If there's a penalty against him, it's an automatic 4 on 4.

It's free reign on Michael and it hurts our entire team. The refs won't call the game properly and so we feel we have no choice but to sit him.

Would be ground breaking tbh.

The thing about Bunting is he wants to act like a tough guy but wants the ref to bail him out

That‘s the difference between Bunting and either Perry or Marchand. They yap at the other players, take a punch and let their teammates stick up for them.
