I am glad Fil and Laffy got some points, because it must suck to carry 5 on 5 play, draw multiple penalties and watch as the vets get all the PP time/points. Its like having a job where your boss uses your ideas and takes all the credit. Eventually the resentment will come.

Chytil is strutting his stuff. His confidence is at an all-time high. And if Gallant keeps the kids together,... you are going to see him explode on the scoreboard. How could he not, playing alongside Laffy and Kakko. That's 6 points in 9 games so far.

Kind of amazing how the goals just started pouring in after all of their struggles lately. Gotta give props to Goodrow, as his resident hater he had a really good 3rd period, that whole line was buzzing really. Great finish on his goal. Nice to see the kids get on the scoresheet too, thought Chytil had a great game, Laf was ok and Kakko probably had one of his worst games honestly but that's ok he's been so good. Kravtsov actually absorbed a hit at the end of the game and didn't fall to the ice, he's making drastic improvements by the minute. Big win overall.

They desperately needed that 3rd period. Now build off that.

I liked the lineup construction tonight. The kid line was great again. The 4th line had offensive zone time with play down low to wear down defenders.

Hajek was pretty good too.

It's been steady no-frills performances. I haven't seen him getting himself in bad situations. Moves the puck safely, not extravagantly trying to force a stretch pass through traffic.

If he can prove to be an nhl player it allows us to stretch the lineup like we did tonight. Having the kid line together really does give this team an identity.

This is one game I couldn't pick 3 Stars. It wouldn't be fair to the others. Sure Fox looked like a Norris Trophy winner. And Zibad, Panarin and Kreids did their thing. But the kids played extremely well tonight back together again. And Gauthier gave that 4th line a new look we haven't seen before. He, Blais and Goodrow is like no 4th line I have seen this team have.

And let's not discount the impact the dads had on their son's performances. You couldn't have better cheerleaders.

I thought that was Kravstov’s best game of the year. I think he’s finally settling in, and hopefully he gets some goals.

The kid line just works. Kakko can play with anyone, and although Laf CAN play RW, he’s a natural Left Winger
