Did I do the math right? 3 points as the magic number? (Unless we already hold all tie breakers).

Meaning a W vs Kingston and a loss in anyway for Saginaw results in a secured division title?
Yes only 2 points required. Now it may not post that on the website as Saginaw might be able to get a higher row to hold the tie breaker but realistically that is a stretch.

I'm impressed with Hicks and if losing Walton for a couple of games means Hicks moves up and plays more, I'm ok with that.

Having said that Spits are getting drawn into too much crap. They need to walk away more. Teams will key on this stuff in the playoffs and they can't afford to have 4 or 5 guys in the stands.

Kingston will be a challenge tonight. Not a team you can play sloppy hockey against. Be safe.

Petes instigated much of what went on last night. Kinda annoyed the refs didnt address it. Not sure what refs were thinking. But refs are bad as usual lol. Yea they will need to be careful. A game or 2 here or there no biggie if it was a worthy tilt. But also be aware of fight injuries now. They can linger. Good game for most part but the petes never even looked close talent wise.

Great start to the 3 game road trip, contributions from pretty much everyone be it scoring, getting points, hits, fights as Peterborough thought they were tough, deserved the thrashing they took, congrats to Greentree and Protas for the achieving the 100 point mark and beyond, nice to see rookie Shawn Costello pick up his 1st 2 point game with 2 assists,Hicks continues to impress, handled himself well in his fight, his 1st in the 0,good to see Spellacy get off the snide with a goal, Walton will probably 2 games for being the 2nd fight in a stoppage.
Froggett was solid though not severely tested good bounce back from his last game.
Tonight Spits will be without Nesbitt and Walton due to suspensions.
I would put McNamara back in seeing as Windsor is playing his former team, keep Winegard in played well last night.
Coach does seem to not like McNamara if sitting 2 straight is any indication, if he sits tonight's game pretty much confirms it especially against team that traded him here.
Expect Costanzo to start.
Go Spits Go

First tiebreaker is ROW - Saginaw currently has 30, Windsor has 40, with 10 games left. You'd have to have Windsor losing every game or winning everything in a shootout.

Second tiebreaker is head-to-head record using points - Windsor currently leads that 9-7 with one game left.

IF (for some crazy reason) it goes to a third tiebreaker, that's goals-for to goals-against differential - Windsor has that 78 to 43 or something, currently.

That being said... Windsor currently has 85 points. Saginaw has 67. Both have 10 games left. Windsor's magic number is 3 to definitively clinch. Windsor has Kingston/Ottawa coming up, Saginaw has Sudbury/NB.
But with the first tie breaker being ROW, a win tonight, even is Saginaw wins, give us a 10 game lead in ROW, with 9 games left?

So a W tonight, clinches, even if Saginaw tied in points.

Although tie breakers 2 and 3, COULD change, we’d have the first one secured?
