Hopefully it will be a wake up call for Nesbitt that he is more valuable on the ice as oppossed to the penalty box or press box. Fortunately it is not an overly critical time in the season.

Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Vellaris was throwing while Nesbitt still had his stick and gloves in hand so... maybe no suspension?
There should not be. I mean what would anyone do if someone started punching away at you. He did not instigate a fight or mutually engage in a fight, he simply defended himself .
