Just have to be careful that they don't go too stupid because London's waiting just two games later.
Both teams will be watered down a bit, it should favor Windsor. Keep the extra curricular minimal because we’ll likely have to suit up Martin & Gaymes.

Knights will be missing Cowan and Bonk for sure, likely Dickinson and maybe Barkey, for those 2 games. I doubt Finland camp will be started yet, so likely Halttunen and Nurmi will play. Any Spits likely to be invited to Canada camp? Not sure when USA camp starts.

Hopefully nothing serious with Mathurin? Can't afford to have him out long.

Don't think any Spits will be at team Canada camp. More likely next year.

Tuned in to AM800 pregame, According to Beller, sounds like nothing serious, just a little banged up so they’re giving him the night off.

Didn’t sound like there was much concern.

Maybe Greentree to Canada Camp? The rumors of Musty not getting an invite because he went the OHL Route makes me think Spellacy is too far down the ranks playing Canadian hockey to get the call. If there’s any truth to the reason being he turned down USNTDP…

He’s got the speed and size but just seems his hands need to catch up a bit.

On another note, Scott Wheeler is reporting on Twitter that A.J. Spellacy is going to get an invite to Team USA's selection camp for the World Juniors.
No surprise. Don’t think he makes it because of how great the states is this year but if he does he’ll be a bottom 6 role. Great for him though. Next year I think he is on team for sure.

Greentree should get an invite.

Abraham was on the bench and ice at the end of the game, but he didn’t see a shift in the third, with Garden getting a good chunk of his minutes.

It does feel he’s underperforming but I didn’t notice anything warranted of riding the pine tonight. He’s drawn back his penalties quite a bit.

It does seem that aside from the Saginaw game with iffy goaltending, he hasn’t really been able to get going.

I feel like Morneau has passed him on the depth chart with constant hustle, and heavily increased productivity with Protas and Greentree

Maybe he is nursing an injury?

If the Spits could mirror Owen Sounds hustle they would be unstoppable. Glad they put it together for the win. Hard place to get any points.

Spits gained another 2 points on the division tonight with Saginaw falling to Brampton and the Soo falling to North Bay.

Both teams have two extra games on us, but the Spits are up 13 on Saginaw and 16 on the Soo.

Might be an interesting deadline. Can Musty even be moved if he’s injured. Saw reports he’ll be out through the deadline with his Broken Hand, that could change things.
