He has these weird moments where he bleeds goals like 3 on 5 shots or 3 in 5 minutes. Tonight it was 3 in under 70 seconds.
No chance on the first two, but the third was a horrific stinker.
He'll never recover here.
That's two things I know for sure.
First thing is Vitek will never be right here again
Second thing is this team is going nowhere with Ruff

Hughes has sucked or a week+ but he’s been the only thing working outside of Bratt on offense all year. Not sure he’s really the guy to blame despite trying to play hero ball

No, I'm not serious.
if I can play devils advocate here. Despite their slow start the oilers have the best advanced stats of any team in the league, by a fairly wide margin. They’re a monster this year, and because they ate the worst luck imaginable for a dozen games, everybody forgets that.

Bitching about Vitek on the 5th goal is like bitching about a flood after you decided to stay inside your home and ignored the warnings to leave, the Oilers didn't deserve to be down after 2. Maybe don't allow the same grade A f***ing chances coming out in the third? This team is lost and at this point, let the losses pile up. The coach is out his element.

He's such a shit player at this point. Guy stinks so bad.
Even when he shows no semblance of being shaky, which he really didn't at any point prior to this period, he strikes with 3 goals in 69 seconds and a stinker like that last one.
I hope he gets Ruff (and Rogalski) lit on fire.
