One thing I need to say, it's that his progression is really interesting !this guy could be a bit of a dark horse. Without knowledge but going on gut feeling, he probably has more potential than Kostenko.

Little bit backwards.
Trudeau has the higher floor while Kostenko has the most potential/higher ceiling
Trudeau is sneaky good.Some line-ups:
- Kidney is 2C for AB Titans
- Simoneau is 1C & Trudeau is 2LD for Charlottetown
- Harrs is 1LD & Struble is 2LD for NE
- Biondi is 3RW for Minnesota-Duluth
- Sobolev is 1RD for Windsor
- Tuch is 3LW for BU
*Pitlick not in the line-up for Minnesota.

Trudeau is eligable for the Rocket next year, curious to see what they gonna do with him next year
Agree, we have many young Dmen in the system next year and an other year in the Q would't be a bad thing for him.Probably back in the Q. I don't think he gets a contract, maybe an AHL/ECHL offer.

He's really well coach in the Q, so yes the best option is probably to let him play there. He's got only 161 games in the Q under his belt, would think he's back in the Q for sure unless they think he would be better off at 3R and went with an AHL contract.
They have till june 2023 to give him his ELC, I don't expect they're in any rush . They'll see what he does next season , he'll definitely have to develop another step to his game. Will we sign Trudeau? He looked good in rookie camp. But had meh season
Nobody talks about Trudeau much, but I'm hoping he becomes a HabQMJHL prospects this year:
- Joshua Roy with 119 pts (51G, 68A) in 66 GP.
- Riley Kidney with 100 pts (30G, 70A) in 66 GP.
- Xavier Simoneau with 86 pts (24G, 62A) in 48 GP.
- William Trudeau with 44 pts (8G, 36A) in 68 GP.
Roy wins the scoring title.
Kidney is 7th in scoring.
And despite playing 20 less games, Simoneau finished 12th in scoring. Had he been healthy, he's also have a 100+ point season.

Just because of our depth to be honest, couple years ago he probably would've been signedI don't think he gets a contract, tbh. Best case for him will be securing an AHL/ECHL deal.
