if Hughes knows hes not taking Michkov, then getting Smith at #4 is a significant jump from taking a Leonard or Reinbacher.

Id give the 31st pick or Kidney/Farrell maybe even Mailloux

I’d take Smith at 5 but not trade up for him. If I’m trading up I’d target Fantilli at #2.
