Cuylle 1 goal tonight

Congratulations to Urho. I say resign him. He has played better than expected

Just going to say it - MIka has been our best forward, if not our best player, for a good 2 or 3 weeks now.
I disagree. He’s stopped shitting the bed for the most part and is playing pretty well. But with like 2 5v5 points in the last 8 games or so, prior to tonight, … nah. Feels like hyperbole to me. He just seems great in contrast to how awful he’s been for about 18 months. He IS helping though, so I’ll take it. He actually looks like he’s trying at times again. He even made contact with a Blue Jacket tonight to initiate Kaliyev’s goal… on PURPOSE! (I think.) We were so starved for him to do ANYTHING good for a year and a half, now that he’s actually contributing again it’s shocking!! Hahaha. But don’t think he’s been near our best player, personally.

17 points last 18 games if I counted right.

I really liked Kaliyev with Mika. No reason Kaliyev shouldn’t be in the lineup going forward.

I really liked that Mika has been looking like Mika again. Not sure what the hell was going on with him but he's turned the corner, looks super engaged and, most importantly, is smiling again.

Ryan Lindgren is a train wreck. Trade him for whatever some team will overpay for him and free Zac.

Hey gang.

Big day with family - home late, watched replay. Some thoughts but might be repeating what you folks have said.

Kaliyev’s goal was sweet. He deserves a chance.

K’andre/Borgen is blossoming as a pair and were solid tonight

Cuylle rocked

Mika showied flashes of his old self when he didn’t suck like a penetrating chest wound

But man oh man, what do we do with 55?

He is a freaking liability almost every shift.

I thought Lindgren played really good last night . I tend to think he performed better than his diminutive partner . That could have been Lindgren's best effort all season .

He didn’t.

He was awful as always. Goal 3 was all
Him and he tried to give the game away several times after that.

Will Cuylle said he wasn't gonna go down like Kakko and Chytil.

Will Cuylle 20 goal scorer got a nice flow to it

With 2 tonight, he has set a new career high
He was awesome.....and you know who else was awesome on the ice tonight ????? Olivier ! He was a FORCE for Columbus and being double shifted and gave our D fits. He is also a UFA July 1st . The Rangers should seriously consider inking him .

Play him where? The team has too many wingers already.

Edit - I do think he could be a useful player somewhere. He’s developed himself in to a nice bottom-6 veteran for sure. I just don’t see the bottom-6 as the area the team should be spending cap dollars on. Rempe, Edstrom, Othmann, Berard, Chmelar, Sykora, Laba. The team has a glut of bottom-6, young options. And I readily admit that I know that it’s unlikely they all make it, but all they need is 4. And two of them are full time players this year.

We don't have guys that play like he does . In case you missed it....we are playing Vessey-Smith-Brodz types these days . The Rangers will be in the mix once again next year and don't expect Perreault/Berard/Othmann to have big parts quite yet . If we move CK-Panarin and Smith we are thin on ready to play wings that can handle physical play on a 3rd line other than Cuylee . Olivier is a team player ....and Canadian ! He is the type you build a team on for playoff battle....big physical wingers that DO NOT like losing .
