Sebastian Aho is back for WBS. If he's healthy, he could help them shore things up for a Calder Cup run. Larsson with the start and Mursahov backing him up.
They just role all the lines evenly. Is Pickering actually being treated as a 3rd pair D? Or do they just roll the pairings evenly?
Need him to develop into a legit middle six guy. Getting stronger as the year has gone on is a good signMcGroarty has 13 in his last 10.
Yeah good sign that he’s getting it. Little taste this year to see how it translates to the nhl would be cool.Need him to develop into a legit middle six guy. Getting stronger as the year has gone on is a good sign
Yup, Kirk MacDonald actually understands how to use his line-up and rolls his lines, the growth with the players is awesome, but then they get called up and used like shit and have any and all of their confidence and development gains, crushed. They just role all the lines evenly.
They should sign him, he's been good in WBS and is deserving of a contract. He was also very noticeable during training camp.Hayes is really interesting. I know AHL production seems to rarely translate to NHL effectiveness but I'd like to see that kid given a contract sooner than later.
It’s good to see that one of McG apples and the goal came from around the home plate area. Same with the Koivunen goal.
If you’re not a great skater the best way to still generate offense is find ways to get open in the high danger area.
All they had to do was use him in a scoring role, the same shit they give turds like Bemstrom, but nah, lol what a clown of a coach in Sully.
feel like the way mcgroarty battled through the slow start and acclimated is extremely promising. the ahl is no joke at 20
Yeah, that's a huge thing I have issue with when it comes to Sully. Dude's absolutely adamant that he has to use his entire bottom 6 like ZAR-esque grinder nobodies and he runs two 4th lines. Hate that shit, man.If they plan on having Novak as the 3C going forward, I really like the mix of a McGroarty-Novak-Tomasino L3. Sullivan can't use it like a defensive 3rd line he has used in the past, but that looks like a pretty damn solid 3rd line to me.
