The NHL has a limited amount of callups post trade deadline, so I figure that St. Ivany as an "emergency" callup is just because POJ is hurt and they can use that designation for it. Saves them an official callup I believe.

Yup, Kirk MacDonald actually understands how to use his line-up and rolls his lines, the growth with the players is awesome, but then they get called up and used like shit and have any and all of their confidence and development gains, crushed.

They should sign him, he's been good in WBS and is deserving of a contract. He was also very noticeable during training camp.

If you’re not a great skater the best way to still generate offense is find ways to get open in the high danger area.

If they plan on having Novak as the 3C going forward, I really like the mix of a McGroarty-Novak-Tomasino L3. Sullivan can't use it like a defensive 3rd line he has used in the past, but that looks like a pretty damn solid 3rd line to me.

4th line RW and pity game next to Geno is all he deserves according to our Masshole coach. If Puusty was from Worcester or Dorchester he’d be a top 6 staple.

Figuring it out in a year is perfectly on track for a mid 1st pick. If this is just his level now he’ll be ready for the next step next year.

Yeah, that's a huge thing I have issue with when it comes to Sully. Dude's absolutely adamant that he has to use his entire bottom 6 like ZAR-esque grinder nobodies and he runs two 4th lines. Hate that shit, man.
