My support for Nuke is just my hope that he can continue to be that player for us, we need it.

It’s weird the trouble he’s gotten up to off the ice. Because he’s one of the few players on this team that makes very few mistakes and drives every line making nearly the right decision every time. Must have sacrificed his real world IQ for hockey IQ.

Is it actually possible that the Avs really don’t want to finish 3rd and play Dallas? I mean if we lose this game, it will be how many in a row where we had a chance to either tie or move up in the division and we laid an egg

At this point if anyone is galaxy braining their way into the playoffs we're absolutely screwed.

Don't look at the standings and do not ever play games with trying to slide down a spot for an easier matchup. Screw that noise. I'm pretty sure we are making it into the playoffs.. so screw everything but attention to details and getting the positive habits automatic. It's the stretch drive... this is where Bednar needs to make us believe again. He's got to work with 22+ players, he needs to give them all some attention. Also... maybe hold conditional practices where the guys skate but don't have to do homework? The bottom nine NEED more chemistry.
