A bit concerned at the tenor of the 3rd period. The last ~10 minutes of the game, they almost looked like they just wanted it to be over.

If I'm Drury/GG, I call up a guy like Cuylle and run him out there for a few games. Not only would it be good to get the kid a cup of coffee, but it lets the guys know that there are options to replace them if they don't want to skate.

Yeah they missed a few calls but if you take this entire game into context it would have made no difference. One team showed up the other did not.

It wasn't that bad untill the 3rd. We actually created a good number of shots from the dangerous area of the ice. And missed the net on pretty much all of them. The 3rd was absolutely putrid no way around it.

Horrible coaching as well. The blender in the 3rd, and that horrible challenge in the 2nd.

Sorry -- that second period was nothing to write home about.
