I'm guessing rookies don't qualify and the Sens will be filled with them, so I'll say Chabot, Dzingel and Wideman (more opportunity now that Karlsson is gone).

Korpisalo - CBJ plays the 2nd most back to backs at 16 this season so he's already primed for a bump in starts, but if Bob doesn't get figured out, I could see the team giving Korpi more starts to see what they have.

Slavin - No longer screwed by Peters' garbage system, we're going to see what we all saw on a small scale, over the course of a season.

Hertl - He looked dominant during the playoffs, and while that type of intensity is impossible to keep up, I think he finally takes the next step. Last season he had 46 points, I think he gets into the 60's, maybe the 70's depending on the PP configuration and icetime.

Ryan - Given his skillset and overusage under Peters, I see big things for Ryan. Not only do I think he unearths Backlund's 2C spot pretty much right out of the gate, I think that spot will come with the chance to eventually be Gaudreau's center. The two have very good complimenting styles, and while a line like that would be a little undersized they looked to have great chemistry.

Gross - This one is really off the board, but I think Jordan Gross with the Arizona Coyotes could be this year's Gourde. He's a bit younger, and plays defense, but not only is there opportunity for him to wiggle his way into the nhl dcore, I think there's room for his skillset to bloom and for him to have a big season as a rookie dman. Watch the training camp battle between him and players like Oesterle, Lyubushkin, and Connauton.
