I read speculation it will be Brad Treliving.. I literally cannot even put into words how bad of a exchange Dubas for him is. This day f***ing sucks

I seen it. I’m just speaking on experience. We had Eakins and Chiarelli at the same time. It was very hard to be an Oilers fan
I cant even watch these playoffs now. I wanted Leafs Oilers in SCF. So did rest of Canada. Bettman didn’t. Curious to know what the viewership will be for the playoffs now. Do the people in those cities actually know their teams are in the playoffs? Do they even know they have a team?

He could easily bridge the team until the next GM. Who knows he might actually work out. Hes certainly paid his dues with 11 years as Kings assistant GM/Director of Hockey Ops.

Eric Tulsky or a Pridham promotion would be a best case scenario. Or nabbing one of the AGMs from the Avs, Bolts, canes or Seattle would also be good

Hextall, Bergevin, Treliving, Bowman, Chia would be an absolute disaster

Somebody needs to tell me why Hayley Wickenhiser is qualified to be GM just because she played for team Canada.

Just because you played for team Canada doesn't mean you are qualified to run the Toronto Maple Leafs.

I don't think a rookie GM is a good idea, not with Matthews needing an extension.

Credibility in the GM chair is needed.

Stan Bowman and Peter Laviolette would be a fantastic GM and coach combo.

Or Quinnville if he's reinstated.
