Sundin. Because he always scores when it matters the most. He has a killer backhand to go with excellent reach.
Seconding this, I think NHL shootouts are one thing but you shouldn't underestimate clutch Sundin and his backhand / 5hole forehand. I guess Sakic is another one of those guys you'd trust with your life, even if he's failed in the shootouts this season...

Marek Malik, Rick Nash and Jussi Jokinen. Those three have style, grace and insane highlight reel performances.

Don't forget Ovechkin. Malik might be a one hit wonder. The guy has hands of stone. In shootouts though, anybody can be good.

The real players to fear are the goalies. Turco and Brodeur are amongst the best in shootouts in the tournament. Loungo isn't far behind either so really, it's Canada's goalies that are to be feared the most.

Stumpel went once in a shootout for sure.

He is atleast 0/1 (if not more).

I must've missed something. I thought Zubov was skipping the Olympics for the umpteenth time. Did he change his mind?

is there a stat for shoot out goals? (I suppose I could go look it up, but that would take all the fun out of it ;) )

Lundqvist has been excellent in the shootouts as well. 23/28. Not sure how he did playing in Sweden, though. Only going by what i've seen this season.

Yup, 0/1. Wouldn't surprise me if I missed a couple more.
Actually, the one he missed, he deked out Antero N. completely but the puck stood up and he missed. Had the puck not stood up, he would have been 1/1.

Aside from being the NHL player with the most goals at the Olympic level (9), Miro Satan is quite capable at the shootout as well.
