Okay, admittedly I haven't seen every NHL team play every game(I'm so ashamed!) however I will metion these palyers as out-and-out scary to face in a shootout.

IMHO order:

1. Ovechkin
2. Jagr
3. Kovalchuk
4. Gagne
5. Alfredsson
6. Heatley
7. Nash

(And yes, I'm sure theres some people I haven't thought of)

Paul Kariya has been pretty good but he's not on the team..

Yeah, I think I only listed people who we actually know are going to the Olympics.

Another post for Jussi Jokinen. Viktor Kozlov's sole contribution for the last month has been as a shootout specialist. With the Olympics being a 5 man shootout, he might have a spot behind Ovechkin/Kovalchuk/Datsyuk/Zubov.

Finland is the best shootout team.

The sample space is far too small to really extrapolate anything. Just thought it would be nice to toss out some actual numbers to go along with "Player X has sweet moves" from posters touting their team's players.

Russia looks like it has the deepest 1-5 in terms of shooters.
