Man, most Sabre fans focus on our more traditional division rivals, or Philly just because. But there is definitely a mini-generation of fans like you and me for which the '05-'06 squad was the first and only iteration of this team that we have ever truly loved and been proud of. That's the good stuff right there. Albums like Hairway to Steven, Rembrandt *****horse and Locust Abortion Technician. Great stuff. I like the normal stuff less, haven't really picked up anything after Electric Larryland (which includes their big hit 'Pepper').

And, in the mid 80's the Surfers where kind of a big thing in the sub-currents of music. If I could get introduced to them on a random school ground in Norway, no wonder they were big on whatever (US?) college campus you frequented back then.
