Any but group 3.

2 is the riskiest, but Luke probably has the highest upside

4 is the safest bet, Power, Nemec, and Faber have all shown to be quality NHL dmen.

1 has sanderson who's a stud and a high risk high reward piece in hutson

I think I'd go with 4

If you're an actual GM, you're crazy if you're not taking 1 or 4. Both of them have a proven 1D, a good top 4 guy with upside to be more than that, and another that have both mostly proven they can play and contribute at this level. (Hutson and Nemec)

I'd probably roll the dice on Group2. Even assuming that's Luke, not Quin Hughes. It's a bit risky. Group4 is the "safest" probably. You've got a better idea what you're getting there and it's a very solid group. I'm not sold on the "star power" of that group over Hughes in Group2 though. And i also just love Dickinson as a prospect, though again, that's obviously riskier than guys who have proven they can do it at the NHL level in Group4.

Group 1 if you value proven quantities, as Sanderson is an established all-situations #1 and Mintyukov and Hutson have showed well at the NHl level. Group 2 if you want a group that has huge boom potential and accept the bust risk for the three non-NHL guys.
