quinn is 25 and this is under 23 so I'm assuming Luke

Any but group 3.

2 is the riskiest, but Luke probably has the highest upside

4 is the safest bet, Power, Nemec, and Faber have all shown to be quality NHL dmen.

1 has sanderson who's a stud and a high risk high reward piece in hutson

I think I'd go with 4

If you're an actual GM, you're crazy if you're not taking 1 or 4. Both of them have a proven 1D, a good top 4 guy with upside to be more than that, and another that have both mostly proven they can play and contribute at this level. (Hutson and Nemec)
