Which real good players will be traded this year?

Not a big player move, but if I was Kamloops I would move my Saskatoon and Vancouver 1st round picks to Everett for their own. Then tank the season and go for a lottery top 3 pick. The top 5 picks will be much better than the bottom 5 of the 1st.

Not sure it would be worth it for Kamloops to make that deal. I would expect Saskatoon to slide down the standings a bit after the deadline with multiple Eastern Conference teams adding, and the Blades selling.

Saskatoon is not going to out Pats the Pats or out Warriors the Warriors. They will still be a playoff team and not in the lottery.

Not in the lottery, no, but I am confident they will fall. Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge will/should overtake them. I think Kamloops will also finish ahead of Kelowna after they sell. You might be talking about trading the 4th overall pick for like 10th and 11th overall. I think I'd rather have the two picks in that scenario.
