If you actually watch games, you would see that he creates so many scoring chances that sometimes it just has to bounce in too. 2 empty net points i think and both of them with a great efforts to close the game

he does no doubt, but he's getting lucky too. he's obviously not a ~2 ppg player

Colorado should have kept him and went all in. Outshines Mackinnon 1v1 and is carrying dallas again versus jets. Not bashing Mackinnon either just Mikko was the better player in their series and literally carried an injured Dallas on his back. Colorado made a huge mistake letting him go and not prioritizing bringing him back .

Over 25% shot PCT so far this playoffs. And before someone dismisses that as not being sustainable, this is the 2nd playoffs out of the past 3 that Rantanen has shot over 25%. Dude is just straight up one of the best playoff performers of his generation.
