When do we start growing playoff beards?

When do we start growing out playoff beards? When we clinch or when the playoffs start?

Which one of you guys have the crappy Dustin Brown facial hair and which one has Penner like facial hair? Hopefully we will all rock the beards for around 2 months.

I grow in the goatee area only. It's sad. I shaved today so now's a good time as any.

I guess being mostly aboriginal I have the mixed blessing of being unable to grow any facial hair at all whatsoever. I mean, I get 14 year old peach fuzz sort of but a beard? Never gonna happen. The hair on my head grows like a weed even at my age but face and the rest? Nada.

That said I continue not shaving for the playoffs and my playoff beard is fearsome. It should be it cost me $14 cdn.

Honestly....i still have mine from last year.

As soon as the season ends though im just going to quit trimming it and doing any upkeep on it whatsoever...its gonna get nasty...not sure how the girlfriend is gonna handle it but im fully willing to accept being single for the sake of the beard.

The normal playoff beards would be started at the start of the playoffs. I will shave at the end of the reg season and hope to have another thick beard into June.
