It has been proven that the exercise of voting for your Franchise's top prospects is a great team building endeavor.

All the other boards are doing it or have already done so.

When are Canes fans going to unite and do the same??!!

Besides, I am really interested where your fan base ranks certain players.

Are you ready to take on the challenge???

probably going to start rolling with the new polls after the prospects tourney. I think we only got up through 8 or so before I got burnt out this spring.

Well I don't make the rules but if these guys don't live up to their comps here, well, it's probably in their best interests to live up to their comps.

It's Alexander, but "Boom!" is a nickname that goes back to before his draft year. He was a projected 1st round pick (and this was before his offense developed. Strictly for his defensive prowess and physicality) before he slid due to a heart condition that risked ending his career before it started.

He apparently told an interviewer in Russian that his favorite part of hockey was the sound it makes when he hits people.

Needless to say, this is very exciting.

My personal Top 10:

1. Nikishin, because duh
2. Nadeau (tie)
2. Morrow (tie)
4. Blake
5. Unger Sorum
6. Rykov
7. Badinka
8. Perron
9. Artamonov
10. Trikozov

HM to Ryan Suzuki, who has had a ton of bad injury luck in his career but could still make it in our bottom-six. I know a lot of guys are excited by Legault, but I just see a longer-odds guy to make the NHL at the moment. This list can easily change if he overperforms, however.

Wait! I thought his nickname came from my username. You meant to tell me I've been tricked?

i thought you were looking out for us by stopping early - it makes it less embarassing when the results get pulled in a few years and the majority of the best players are down around 14-18.

Nah, I stopped because soon as a couple guys on the list were traded (and one more that was close to being ranked on the list) at the deadline it threw everything for a loop as far as the rankings and voting went.

That and work got busy AF around that time.

Thanks guys! Appreciate those that put down some lists.

Legault is one I am really interested in. Seems like a prospect that could continue to rocket up your rankings.

Liked what I read about him again while lurking your prospect camp thread. Continues to impress the last 12 months +

Thanks again! 🍻
