For the pet owners out there, this is what you can expect before fixing your animal:

And after fixing your animal:

Touch & Go really needs to reissue the rest of this band's catalog. Steve Albini (observing from behind the drum set lol) has been doing a lot of T&G remasters lately; this album is approaching it's 20th anniversary, and it has spawned a thousand offspring since then, none of them ever really topping the Don.

Liking what I’m hearing thus far.

They're a really good young band. My only gripe is that they haven't solidified their lineup and toured heavily. The guitarist/singer and bassist write the songs... if they stuck with the same lineup and toured for more than 50 shows a year they would draw a big following.

Edge, check out White Denim

Listening to them now as I watch and wait on deadline day. Enjoying them.

Gotta say, as I dug further back into White Denim's catalogue, I found it less enjoyable/interesting. IMO, the earlier stuff sounds more like inoffensive bluesy background music; the more current stuff is much more engaging.

I had the same conclusion, but came from a different approach --- starting with their first efforts and then working my way up to their most recent.

It can be a pain in the neck at times, but I find it allows me to better understand an artist's evolution (or lack thereof).

Or de-evolution into a pop-rock band. Not mentioning any names.

There was a long period where 4 Words was my go to work out song.
That was everybody's first Bullet song because it had some commercial success and was in some video games.

An absolute classic.

I'm pretty sure it actually grew fists and beat the shit out of the single from the latest album, and took its lunch money.

After a foray more into hard rock, OMAM are going back to metal with this new single and it's f***ing fire.
