Well, good, we have done this multiple times but what about the best possible line-up from this WHC?
I find it kind of sad that only one or two posters included Pacioretty in their teams.
Maybe it's because he's on MTL? The guy is WORLD-CLASS, much better than many of the 2010 elite wingers that people are including in their line-ups. Top 5 winger in the league for me. Fast, physical, can play defense and a lot of his chances are self created too.
I'll take this guy on my top 2 lines any day of the week.
I'm not denying he is a great player however there is only 8 slots and only 4 for his preferred wing.
Give me four left wingers better than #67
Kovulchuk
Ovechkin
Benn
Sedin
At least most of their best that can play do play in WC, while for example sweden, most do not play even if they can play
You would have Vatanen over Shea Weber, Ryan Suter, Alex Pietrangelo, Kevin Shattenkirk, Niklas Kronwall, Duncan Keith, Mark Giordano, Aaron Ekblad, Ryan McDonagh, Noah Hanifin, Kris Letang, Morgan Rielly (I'm Biased) or Brent Seabrook?
I'll take #67
