It’s all Nick Cousins fault You probably wouldn’t be missing Thompson right now...I miss Logan Thompson.

...if only Nick Cousins had hands..Hill is now just a guy who loses his net, and FL then goes on and “steals” game 1 on the road. Hill doesn’t start game 2 if Nick Cousins buries that puck (and they don’t let Stone pull a puck down from the rafters before ripping it past Bob).
When in doubt....blame Nick Cousins is usually the general consensusBlaming Nick Cousins... I like it.
this is the correct answer, they go into hibernation during this time each year, dog days, and then try to ramp back up for playoffsI swear they always have a massive mid season slump every season.
They did lose their 2/3/4 reg season scoring leaders from their cup season in chandler Stephenson, Marchessault, and R.Smith.
Yes, happens to just about everybody, excluding Washington this year. Vegas will go on a heater again at some point, unfortunately. They're 3-8-3 in the last 14. Was surprised at the stats when I heard it last game and even more surprised since they lost 2 in regulation since then. Is this just middle of the season doldrums?
I'm hoping April through JuneYes, happens to just about everybody, excluding Washington this year. Vegas will go on a heater again at some point, unfortunately.
Losing depth is natural. Based on the season those guys are having on their current deals, I don't think Vegas regrets those decisions from a cap construction standpoint. This is the problem. Vegas has always been cut-throat about player movement. And for the most part it's served them well. But I feel like they made a big mistake letting these 3 go. They were the ones who defined the Vegas attitude. There's just no plucky depth on that roster anymore.

you and me both.Good. Sick of Edmonton-LA series every season.
Eh it happened to Washington too, they were getting badly outshot/outchanced for the better part of January, but the goaltending covered for themYes, happens to just about everybody, excluding Washington this year. Vegas will go on a heater again at some point, unfortunately.
