Think about it. Losing four games in a row after being up 3-0 in the Finals vs a 25-point lead in the second half of the championship game? Tough call for me!
Even in the first round is brutal enough. 2010 Boston Bruins.I'd rather lose a game 28-3 then lose 4 games in any playoff round in a row.
They'd take knees so much, Kaepernick would be blushing pink.No as it could alway be worse. The Bills lost four super bowls in a row. 28-3 was literally a guarantee victory of the Falcons just kneeled the ball the whole game and punted on the fourth down. That’s all they needed to do.
What about sports itself? It would probably be the biggest choke job of all time for the NHL.
At least you're not a Titans fan. One yard short from tying the game!!!No as it could alway be worse. The Bills lost four super bowls in a row. 28-3 was literally a guarantee victory for the Falcons. They could’ve just kneeled the ball the whole game and punted on the fourth down. That’s all they needed to do.
Also as a Seattle native, not running the ball is up there when it comes to the worst ways to lose a game.
It would probably be the biggest choke job of all time for the NHL. When it was 3-0 NOBODY thought the Oilers could hang with them.
Really the difference was games 1-3 Bobrosvky was insane like he was against the other teams and games 4-6 he was the sieve he's always been. Game 7 he was just ok enough to get them the win, if the Oilers had anyone but Skinner in net they complete the comeback.
Are you saying....he has a panther in the closet?!We know you a closet Panthers fan anyhow.
But it's not really about you. It's about the history of sports itself.Well yeah, because NFL has like 0 importance to me. So obviously something important is worse than something entirely unimportant.
But it's handed out at the end of June Jubilation!!!The 4 game loss would be much worse. That's why the cup isn't handed out at the end of "May Madness".
Actually, if Draisaitl backchecked with a tenth of Barkov's effort, the Reinhart goal doesn't happen. Bob was great, and so were the boys in Game 7It would probably be the biggest choke job of all time for the NHL. When it was 3-0 NOBODY thought the Oilers could hang with them.

If all healthy, do you think the game's outcome would be that much different?Plus a healthy Draisaitl, Nurse, and Kane
But what about Houston's loss to Florida. Especially with that final sequence? Yikes!28-3 was worse. In a 7 game series, each game is a new game. Duke's loss to Houston was worse than losing a 3-0 series lead.

If the Cats had anyone but Bobrovsky they win 4 straight.if the Oilers had anyone but Skinner in net they complete the comeback.
I do tip my cap to that. Saw the locker room video of them right after game 7. It was harrowing to see.It would've looked bad in a vacuum, however the series was close enough that one team shouldn't have been up 3-0 in the first place.
After the Oilers early season struggles and coaching change, they turned every 3-game losing streak into a winning streak. Game 7 was actually the first time they didn't win the 4th game in a row after losing 3.
What I'm trying to say is the Oilers had a ton of confidence in that particular scenario, and if their superstars went nuts in the final game I think you just tip your cap.
