Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. 10 years ago reddit was terrific. So many addictive fun subreddits for gifs, endless forms of esoterica, art, science, localized local news, personal support, introductions to new subjects, etc. Personal favourite: Norm Macdonald. Then came the brigades of nasty political actors of all stripes to every subreddit as the political media war went nuclear. Still not completely ruined. Then came the horrible format changes to the site to permanently and irrevocably ruin it.
Yet, with all that, try "reddit" in your google search for an answer to a question. It's amazing how that still answers a question in 2023 when other searches result in bot sites and spam.
