@TaLoN an hour ago my daughter came up to me all matter-of-factly as I was doing some bills, looked at me with the most serious face, and said "Daddy I think we should get a Mustang"
If she's like my daughter she means the actual horse, not the Ford 😄

I'm driving a 15 year old Toyota. I've owned it since new, daily driver, 175k miles and counting. I haven't had a car payment since early 2014. I dread having to buy another car at the current overbloated ridiculous prices

Car payments are the worst! Haven't had one since 2000!
When we bought my wife's car 7 years ago they kept pushing leases. I refuse to lease a car. Period. Not having it. I also refused to go over $275/month for a payment. I could tell the guy was pissed at me but whatever. I just walk out if they give me crap. I'll probably never buy another new car again

I've bought 2 new and one barely used since my last car payment.
I do make them though... just to my own bank account such I then use to buy a car if/ when it's time.

Both of my cars are great right now though, so don't see one in my near future.

Probably just a couple weeks from taking the Shelby out of bed for the season!

Fastest or quickest? Hell no. She's a fat girl with no cardio.

Fun to occasionally throw the family in the back of their seat from 3-6k RPM? Absolutely.

I have a 2018 Oxford White Mustang GT with the Performance Pack. It has been a pretty reliable car and is legitimately fast.

2019 1.4T VW Jetta (1st year of the redesign). it's been great so far with only one significant issue which was covered by warranty. I do all the oil changes, filter changes, wipers etc, so it's been a cheap car so far as far as euros. Sometimes wish i had something with a lil more power like an S4, but other times i'm like i don't see myself driving another car anytime soon haha.

2020 Honda Civic, I’m generally somebody who tries to keep a car for 10-15 years, though this was the first new car I bought

Had to downsize from the 1500 and get into something a little cheaper, especially when I sold my camper and snowmobile - No need in really having a truck anymore. Also, the fact that I'm not burning through gas command starting the little jeep twice a day while at work helps too.

I do like the rig, It's small, but very well equipped. Down the road I'll definitely be getting something bigger.

I drive a 1995 Honda Accord EX. I am about 3000 kilometres away from having it hit 100,000 km.

My mom bought it from someone who (obviously) rarely drove it, who allegedly bought it from a senior who also rarely drove it. Before my mom passed away she signed it over to me. I was about to buy a new car but once I took it for a few spins, I was like, nope, keeping this mint time machine. I replaced the stock speakers, have the OG tape deck and a cigarette lighter bluetooth adapter. When I make calls while driving my friends joke that I am calling from a shitty spaceship.

I am not a car person, luxury in an automobile is of course nice and I have experienced it, but I am very content (right now) driving her for a long while.
