It starts at the top , Shanny and Dumbass gone , JT exposed to Seattle or waived but I doubt anyone takes him at his AAV , Reilly also available to Seattle , Andy can fade off into the sunset . I really wish we had done what I wanted when we drafted Mathews because it would have paid off big time but now Arizona is one of a very short list that will pay up for him but what do they have that we really want ? If he was the superstar people think he is he would take the team on his shoulders but he can't so it's time for the fanboys to deal with that reality .

Dubas took a 105 point team loaded with young stars and turned them into...this. Lost to the 18th ranked team in the NHL, that happened to be missing one of their most talented players.

I have no faith that Dubas will be relieved of his job.......he should be. Since Nylander was the only player who showed up for the series, he will be dealt in the off-season and that will be the “shakeup” to the core.

Marner's gone. Nylander's gone. They pay someone to take Tavares. Then they bring in a bunch more Foligno's and Thorton's and insist that now that they have a team that can win in the playoffs. Then they fail to make the playoffs.

How do I know? It's what they did in 1995. It's also what they did in 2004.

All year I said this team would be judged on their performance in the playoffs and that Kyle Dubas would get the credit or the blame and that either way it's going to be deserved.

The team he built failed, make no mistake he failed.

I would fire him, I think that would be justified, but I don't think it's going to happen, I think he's got enough excuses to buy him another year, Tavares injury, Muzzin injury, Foligno injury short season etc

But his rope has to be getting short

I honestly hate this team. Especially the top half.

Can't wait to hear again, that this team didn't start on time.

Like WTH is going on with Leaf hockey. For years, YEARS! This team comes out and plays flat, no emotion hockey.

Unless a mgmt change happens the only changes are going to be the role players. And that'll not be enough.

I don't know how anyone can defend this team. Do or die, and they decide to play what 10 minutes, if that.
