Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Keefe is gone and so is Marner. If this doesn't happen, then we will be in for another 1st round exit come next year AGAIN!

Dubas hauled over just about everything except for the core, and the core is really the only thing that hasn’t played up to par in this series.

Yes I will still watch free games in CBC, even though my tax dollars are wasted there that’s not my choice.
I will however will never spend another dollar on a jersey, game ticket, merchandise, etc…
I have been a fan since 1993 when I watched that epic series vs Detroit. Being a fan I still spent my money on this organization because at least they worked. They tried. They were not talented but they gave it their all.
These Leafs have the skill. They have the veteran leadership. They have a good defence now. They have all the money for facilities and training and doctors and coaches.
These players are a disgrace. They have no compete. No respect for the Team and the players that came before them. The history. There is nothing worse then a player that dogs it and just coasts then showing up when it’s too little too late with a few minutes to go.

Keefe hasn’t been good this series, but I think the core needs a major shakeup, before any management changes. Dubas improved this team, this year. The core is flawed.

Hyman (unless team friendly deal)
Foligno (a waste of picks, as I said)
Simmonds (unless he takes 750k)
Dermott (just not good enough)
Jumbo (he's washed)
Reilly (trade him before he needs a raise)
Mikheyev (contributes nothing offensively)
I think I would start there. Nothing emotional in those decisions either. If you watch any other playoff series, you'd realize that the roster isn't even close to good enough to play with a Colorado, Tampa Bay, etc.

So I've been a die hard fan for the last 20 years. This year I've prob watched 50-56 games.
Even the collapses before, this is new a low for me. I turned off the game upset and disgusted.
Marner is pathetic.
Team is beyond soft. I saw foligino get demolished last game for being near price. I've seen them attack our goalie and nothing happens.....
Dubas is a bad gm...Keefe possession style doesn't work when a forcheck is just hitting you..playoffs you get an extra second to finish your check.

Not a great time to discuss this. Fans are pretty much going to be emotional about it and not thinking level-headed.
If I had to make a change, it would probably be the coaching.
I went to the Habs board when they were feeling down and out. And stated that this isn't the same Leaf's team as last year.
Toronto put tremendous effort into not allowing team to patiently wait for mistakes and pounce. They learned from their
Columbus experience. Because that's how Montreal was playing... like Columbus did last season. The Hab fans were calling
for a change... to bring in young guys. But what really needed to change their strategy. To stop sitting back and waiting for
the Leafs mistakes. And guess what? They CHANGED. They Adapted. And the Leafs? Matthew/Marner stuck together
doing nothing. It's not working, split it up. Make a change! Keefe is repeating the same formula that's not working over and over.
It's insanity.

I did this 6 years ago. I still watch games but have not given a penny to the leafs. Even when they started getting good I said nope still not getting a penny.

May seem drastic, but thats completely reasonable IMO.
Got to dump Shanahan ASAP. Not sure Dubas deserves a shit to right the ship. Torts would be great for this core if a big trade isn’t coming.

I trust Dubas tbh. I also think staying the course is play, even though it's really hard to say that right now. Look at the Lightning for reference to that.
