Well, in my opinion, it's ok to look back, now that the NHL has been in Raleigh for longer than it was in Hartford.

While I get it, I think if the Hurricanes ever moved (say to Kansas City), it might feel different on the other end. Not saying they ever will and hope they never will. Just speaking as a season ticket holder for every season the Rams were in STL, relocation can be a deep hurt. I just doubt the ex-Whalers fans see it as a tribute, so it exists I think more as a marketing move to sell merch more than anything. I’m speaking only as an outsider observer.

Also, they’re the Canes. Don’t look back unless it’s to 2006. That’s just my opinion.
