Who would be interested in Condon as a #2 solution? Which Western teams have that kind of need? I know we are not going to get a 1st rounder...don't worry....but who could be interested? And what could be the return IF that's the only thing going from the Habs....

Mike Condon could be a safe choice for a Western Conference team as a backup goalie.

I think the best offer would probably be a 5th round pick, and probably teams will wait to see him on the waivers to get him for free...

Any western team needs a small foward NHL ready with decent upside and backup goalie?

Mike condon + andrighetto

Vs

3rd round pick and young B prospect?

Maybe LA? Him and Zatkoff might be kind of a wash though.

Edit: yeah SJ could work as well, but it would be nice to see Dell get some games.

I think a 4th rounder would be fair value for Condon if someone wanted him.

I'd be happy with some AHL depth to help our AHL team for Condon, he's solid as a 15-20 game backup and he's dirt cheap.. but I'd rather have Lindgren as our AHL starter in net.

Ideally a 3rd would be great, but at this point anything is better than nothing if we put him on waivers.

I would do a deal like last year

Tokarski for Friberg.

So Condon for a AHLer.

Waiver exempt, young defenceman is what I'd expect to see in return. Whether junior or AHL, that's a pretty big need for MTL.

I'd happily take him in SJ. He was thrown to the wolves last season, so I wouldn't put too much weight on it.

What about Condon, Andrighetto and Barberio for Tierney?

No. No need for Andrighetto or Barberio. No desire to give up Tierney.

Condon is a solid goalie, was unfortunate what happened last year and I'm sure he wasn't expecting playing the majority of the season.

I'd be happy with any kind of pick back to be honest now that we have Montoya.

Sharks seem to be a fit, IMO. For 15-20 games, he's a good backup IMO. Any more than that and it's too much to handle.
