I have no idea who she is and I assume she is a huge Oilers fan but it seems like she might be using this playoff run to gain some more clout for herself.

Does she really need to let the world know she plans to go in a onesy lol.
You get a thumbs down. Ashley get my thumb up….I mean thumbs up.

I don't feel he's been getting much chance really. For sure not in a long while. He definitely showed hands, some making plays. Seems he could rotate in over some of what we've been playing. The AV's series isn't as much about the physicality. Kass and Archie serving not a whole lot of purpose in this one. Brassard gives us another player that can be a puck possession player and do something with it. Foegele, how the hell is he even staying in the lineup? He's better than no one and all his numbers speak to that as well. Just occupying a spot.
Brassard, I just didn't notice him at all. Not sure of his ice-time but it seemed to be insignificant. I've seen Foegle do the same thing every game. Down the wing , takes a shot, misses the net , deflected into the stands and then never seen or heard from again.
Woodcroft did mention in the last couple of days that he has all the confidence to put Holloway in. Basically he said that each of the extra forwards has their own set of tools and his decision on who to play will be based on the team's needs in the series. I bet he'll be in at some point.

Edmonton
Then the 'let me just kneel down in front of you while you walk me and shoot' move 10ft from the net...

Though I think he is maybe still a little hurt which is why he is always going for the most dynamic or aggressive move right now
This is what has to stop. He’s been scouted. Players know he’s doing this and are looking for it now.

If a guy gets in I hope it’s Shore over Brassard, at least he has showed that he cares about the team and is willing to bust his ass

Called this matchup as the western conference final the first time we played them this year. Also called oilers and bolts in the final, so things look promising. :)

I believe we went 1-0-2 VS the avs, but we outplayed them in all 3 games, and simply dominated them in the last. The focus for both teams will be on D, so I'm expecting (after game 1) for it to be a lower scoring series.

And if you didn't hate Kadri before this series, guaranteed you will after.

Oilers can def win this.

Avs have all the pressure and I like that. They've been the dominant team of the league for a while now while nobody expected Edmonton to go on a run.
I think it bodes well for us.

LA had no pressure. The vets didn't need to add to their legacy, and they were a surprise playoff team. Nobody would call their season a failure, regardless of outcome.

Calgary had huge pressure. First in the division. Potential of Johnny leaving this year and Tkachuk the year after.

I think that is a big reason why LA was tougher to beat.

Colorado has even more pressure. Mac has been waiting even longer than McDavid. They have been labeled cup favourites many times and failed to even reach this point until now.

Oilers need all the speed guys out in full force playing smart fast hockey and backchecking. Seriously think they should be thinking of inserting Broberg as a 6 or 7.

Looking at you:

Man do Avs fans ever have McDavid on their minds. All they talk about is "McDavid this, McDavid that". They really are living Rent-Free with this series.
Of course he does, he’s the best player in the world lol. He’s going to be the main talking point of any opposing team.

I’m truly excited (and nervous) to watch how Makar plays him. He’s not a true defensive defenceman but he has the speed and IQ needed to keep up with Mcdavid, for the most part. He’s gonna get walked as every player does but it will be a key matchup for this series.

Here’s to a great series, there are so many interesting storylines that this series will be fascinating outside of just mc/mac.

If foegele as a fourth liner is getting any shot, that means the puck is in the opponents end. Like I don't care if the fourth line doesn't score, but if they allow us to play in the o-zone and give our big guns an o-zone start, then they did their job perfectly.
