Jets will be a nice measuring game for us. We've beaten a lot of trash lately, let's see how we play vs a playoff team.

Sabers should be a W, but that team is finally out of their free-fall and could give us a headache.

Habs should also be a dub. In fact, I'll be upset if it's not.

Although they aren't back-to-back games, I expect Wedgie to get the Buffalo game. Break up Blacky's games and Wedgie shutout the Sabres last time we played them.

Really hoping we get Drouin returning this week and can somehow avoid more sacrificial injuries to the hockey Gods.

I expect the Jets to come out guns blazing against us. Last time we played them in Winnipeg, they didn't belong on the same ice as us yet we lost 1-0 because Hellebuyck played out of his mind.

Out-chanced them 41-22 including 14-6 high danger. Final 40 minutes of that game were especially tilted as the chances were 35-11 and high danger 13-2.

They probably remember that game and want to put forth a much better game against us. We're still probably in their heads after last year's playoffs.

Hopefully we can string together 10-15 games of being basically healthy so they can really evaluate what we've got and what else we need. I am absolutely loving how aggressive CMac has been this year. Its almost as if he feels like waiting until the deadline to be aggressive last year didn't give them enough time to let the chemistry develop with all the new guys and so this year he's jumping on things a lot earlier.

I like it all except putting the 2nd highest scorer in the league on the second line next to a deadweight center in Mitts.

My issue with that is how poorly they've both been playing defensively lately. Throw in Drouin who isn't the strongest himself and that line will give up a lot, though they probably still outscore what they give up I guess.


But for now I also think they really need to get Mitts going again and get his confidence back from whatever the hell is going on with him and I think giving him Mikko on his wing is how he snaps out of the yips.

I think it goes the same way, but Helly has his match met. We have more confidence then we did then. We've proven we can open that can, and this team only plays ballz out against top teams.

Drouin isn't bad defensively anymore, what year are you living in now? The only reason he's stuck there is he's playing a very intelligent two way game lol

Literally everyone thought that line wasn't possible, but he made it possible for long stretches.
