That's not going to happen, so you might as well stop dreaming about it. We are not spending our limited resources in making that contract go away, especially with no replacement on sight.

If they don't do something about the goaltending the season is being thrown in the trash. Even if we survive, and get into the playoffs with a healthier roster 4Giev as the starter will be a mistake.

Yeah well, the unfortunate thing is that there is no solution available out there. If you are saying Gibson, f***ing stop it.

George hasn't even been replacement level in most of his starts.

The bar isn't that high for better.

I have zero faith last game was any indication of anything after his playoff performance and this start.

There will be goalies available later in the year. There always is.

They need to stop giving him a majority of the starts.

I don’t mind Georgiev getting another start after a good game he played vs the Jets. He has shown he can turn the switch and play better like he did in the playoffs vs the Jets after the 1st game. What’s the worst that can happen? He sucks again, we allow 7 goals and lose. No big deal
I mean he wasn’t even good the rest of the playoffs. The bar for him has fallen so low not losing the game on his own it’s already considered a good game.

He really played a good game vs the Jets. I understand the hate for Georgiev because he’s been awful so far this year, but we should acknowledge a good game when he has one as long as he’s still an Av and plays games for us.

Do we still need an upgrade in net? Absolutely, but like I said, as long as Georgiev is still an Av, I understand giving him another start after a good game.

I really didn't even feel like this was that good of a game, it felt like shots hit him more than he saved them. Awful rebounds, awkward half standing saves, I wasn't sold.
