Do you guys call Sunday a weekday?

Or is Sunday part of your WEEKEND? Implying the start of your week is the next day on Monday.

Answer me, damnit! Is Sunday part of your weekend or not!?!??
To me, it's the same logic as bookends. You have one end on one side of the shelf and the other on the other side. What kind of maniac puts both bookends on the same side of the shelf?

that's why i think of the week as ending on tuesday and starting on wednesday, so i have the important part in the middle uninterrupted

But it's not. When the calendar was made, they made Sunday the first day of the week. The Moon(day) comes after Sun(Day).
What matters is how it is considered today, not when the calendar was made. I'm blanking here, but I'm damn sure there are a ton of concepts that have changed meaning since their inception.
